This new five bedroom detached new build house was designed using a side garden plot to an existing property.  The aim of this project was to create a traditionally designed house that was in keeping with the surrounding area, to maintain the rhythm of the street scene and to gain Approval of the scheme as quickly as possible. The available space was maximised to make the build as cost effective as possible whilst also realising the full potential of the site for the client.  The new property is a very successful site specific design which affords modern living, flow and interconnection to the garden as well as forming balance between public and private spaces within the home.
